Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Allina Academy, RTC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients to establish a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders in accordance with professional standards.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, engaging patients in therapeutic conversations, and exercises.

• Regularly reviewing patient progress and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and referring clients to specialists when necessary to optimize care.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• An active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field.
