Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are critical for delivering effective treatment:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal issues. Our approach emphasizes accessibility, integrity, and quality care, ensuring that clients receive the best possible therapeutic services to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. We do not provide supervision.
\n
• Licensure options include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.

• Proficient computer skills to facilitate efficient remote therapy sessions, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities suitable for video consultations, along with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with specialized training or experience in solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapies, or trauma-informed care will be favored. Experience working with a diverse clientele is a plus, as is familiarity with community mental health resources.
