Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize and implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient information is secure and accurately documented.

• Engage collaboratively with a dedicated treatment team to enhance the quality of care, participate in case consultations, and actively contribute to peer review sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions, with a commitment to using evidence-based practices.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive interactions with clients, their families, and other team members.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations comprehensively and implement appropriate solutions.
