Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to determine their mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy approaches, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage regularly with clients to provide ongoing therapeutic support, utilizing video conferencing and digital tools to maintain effective communication.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the needs of various demographics, including those dealing with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive care network for clients requiring multi-disciplinary support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and communications within our electronic health record system.

• Remain current with best practices in mental health care and participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies related to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating depth of knowledge in therapeutic techniques.

• Competence in facilitating both individual and group therapies, employing culturally informed and inclusive strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
