Position Summary

As a  Front Desk Associate , you are the face of our hotel. You'll create lasting first impressions by welcoming guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout every stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude

• Efficiently check guests in and out

• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction

• Follow all Wyndham brand standards, company policies, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management software

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
