Pride Health is hiring an Accounting Manager to support our client’s medical facility based in Minnesota .

This is a 8-month contract with the possibility of an extension, competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization

 

Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Fully Remote)

Pay Range: $35/hr. - $39/hr.

Duration: 8 months + Possible extension

Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM M-F

 

Job Duties

• Oversee assigned portions of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
• Review and approve complex journal entries; Ensure alignment of revenue and membership across RAM, ECAP, and Health Care Company reporting.
• Own oversight of high‐risk reconciliations, including revenue, AR, eliminations, and intercompany accounts.
• Review variance analyses, challenge assumptions, and ensure timely issue resolution; Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control standards; maintain high‐quality, audit‐ready documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external audit inquiries related to revenue and close activity.
• Review and approve key reporting deliverables; Partner with FP&A on forecasting, trend analysis, and variance explanations;
• Act as a subject‐matter expert for healthcare revenue and membership accounting within CAH.
