Floating Maintenance Technician

Floating Service Technician Our 120-unit apartment community is seeking a motivated Floating Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and delivers exceptional service to residents. What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues including HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Maintain the interior and exterior condition of the community in accordance with company standards and safety requirements Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests Communicate effectively with residents and office staff regarding repairs and project updates Assist in delivering a positive resident experience through quality workmanship and customer service Support emergency maintenance needs and participate in the on‑call rotation Compensation & Incentives $20.00 - $24.00 per hour $1,200 Sign‑On Bonus Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 Quarterly On‑Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on‑call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 paid holidays and sick leave Hours & Schedule Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Paid rotating on‑call participation required Must be available and prepared for emergency situations and weather‑related events Schedule subject to change based on business needs.
