CoWorx is seeking Quality Inspectors (1st Shift) in the Attleboro, MA area! Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $20/hr.+ based on experience We're looking for a detail-focused Quality Inspector to help ensure our products meet strict customer and military specifications. Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of plated and un-plated materials using the naked eye and microscopes.
- Conduct thickness testing using tools like X-ray equipment, micrometers, and calipers.
- Perform adhesion testing according to customer and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure inspection equipment and work areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Support overall quality initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Desired Background/Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Experience using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators).
- Comfortable working with both visual and measurement-based inspection methods.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1-2 years of related inspection experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
