Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:As a Quality Inspector, your primary responsibilities will include the verification of in-process and completed products to ensure they meet all applicable dimensions, parts, and procedures. You will conduct process and product audits, enter inspection data into the quality management system, and generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for noncompliant products. Additionally, you will create Quality Control Plans (QCPs) for new builds and production runs. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.Verification of in-process and completed products have been constructed according to all applicable dimensions, parts, and procedures.Conduct process and product audits as required.Enter QC inspection data into quality management systemGenerate NCR's for noncompliant productsGenerate QCP's in advance of first time build and production runsAbility to use hand and measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, micrometersAbility to read understand BOM's, Process Specifications, Engineering Drawings and SOP'sMust have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsExperience in PCB (component identification), cable, and box assemblies a plusJ-STD certification and knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
