Pay: $18.00 - 22.00 per hour Customer Service Coordinator- Direct Hire Pay: $18-$22/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift Join a growing manufacturing company as a Customer Service Coordinator. This customer-focused role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and exceptional customer support. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing customer service experience, strong ERP knowledge, and excellent organizational skills.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Additional coursework in Business, Customer Service, or Operations is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry applications. ERP system experience required.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with order entry, order management, and customer account support. Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory-related processes. Strong computer, data entry, and recordkeeping skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of computer systems, phone, and office equipment. Ability to review detailed documents and enter data accurately. Occasional overtime or weekend work as business needs require. Ability to work in a professional office environment.

Job Duties: Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Process customer orders, revisions, cancellations, and order acknowledgments. Verify pricing, specifications, inventory availability, and order details. Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and expedited requests. Maintain customer information, pricing, and order records within the ERP system. Manage customer inventory programs, replenishment schedules, and online customer portals. Generate reports, quotations, and documentation related to customer activity. Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to leadership. Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and other internal departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Provide administrative support and resolve customer concerns professionally.
