What You Will Do
- Collaborate with clients to deploy cutting-edge conversational AI solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Utilize Python and REST APIs to integrate AI capabilities into various customer platforms.
- Provide technical support and solutions to ensure seamless operation of AI systems.
- Analyze customer feedback and system performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering teams to refine product offerings based on client requirements and industry trends.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, preferably in software development or AI.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with REST API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience with AI technologies, particularly in conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and B2B environments.
- Knowledge of OpenAI technologies and their application in customer service.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $175K to $230K, complemented by competitive equity options. This company offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth within the AI and software development sectors.
