Registered Nurse – Operating RoomProvide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Operating Room.Perform patient assessments, develop nursing care plans, implement clinical interventions, and evaluate patient responses throughout the perioperative process.Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary surgical team.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards.Assign and oversee the work of non-nursing direct care staff in the Operating Room.Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience in an acute care hospital.Level I Trauma experience required.Experience with Endovascular, Spine, Neuro, Orthopedic, and Orthopedic Trauma procedures required.Scrub experience is a plus.Associate Degree in Nursing required.BSN preferred.Active New Jersey RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License.AHA BLS required.AHA ACLS preferred.AHA PALS preferred.English (Read, Write, Speak)Float to ASC within the facility as needed.Epic Test-Out required before start.1 opening available.
