Manager, Exterior Roof Systems #1056116 Location: Troy, Michigan What You’ll Do Lead the design and integration of the Exterior Roof System and related sub‑systems from concept to production. Collaborate closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure system compatibility and performance. Oversee system‑level validation and verification (DVP&R) activities to meet safety and regulatory standards. Develop timelines and deliverables aligned with major program milestones. What You Bring 10+ years of Design Release Engineering experience specifically with Exterior Roof systems and Body Sealing. Deep knowledge of CATIA, PLM systems, DFMEA, and GD&T. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (Master’s preferred). Start‑up spirit with the ability to lead technical trade‑offs and build a team from the ground up in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to travel up to 20% and perform tasks on‑site as needed.
