Work Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Pay is 14.00 an hour


Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be committed to quality, accuracy, and safety while performing assembly, packaging, labeling, inventory, and other production-related tasks.

Quality is our top priority! The successful candidate must be able to follow instructions, read basic drawings, use hand tools and assembly equipment, and work effectively as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Read and understand bills of materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and technical drawings.
Operate arbor presses and assembly fixtures.
Use a variety of hand tools and power screwdrivers to assemble products.
Work with low-pressure and certain high-pressure air systems, following established safety procedures.
Use power supplies and other production equipment as required.
Perform counting, inventory, and material-handling duties.
Label, bag, and seal finished products using appropriate equipment.
Record and log production orders accurately.
Perform assigned production support and housekeeping duties.
Use basic computer applications to enter or retrieve production information.
Inspect work to ensure products meet quality standards and production requirements.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality-control guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and understand basic instructions, drawings, and bills of materials.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Basic counting, inventory, recordkeeping, and computer skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
Dependable, organized, and able to work in a team-oriented production environment.
Willingness to learn new processes and follow established work procedures.
