Interview Scheduling and Program Support Manager

As a Interview Scheduling and Program Support Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global processes for interview scheduling and talent program support, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across the enterprise. You will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements, and provide training, reporting, and system oversight to enhance the talent acquisition experience. Your role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, data integrity, and innovation within TA operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead global enterprise system processes relating to Interview Scheduling and Talent Program Support.

• Document, train, and provide continuous improvement on processes based on executive leadership feedback to all global TA Stakeholders.

• Provide training, development, and oversight of team responsible for delivering a vast array of centralized operational TA business processes related to Interview Scheduling and Program Support. This may include:

• Interview Scheduling process development and ongoing administration, for both event interviews and availability based interviews.

• Daily interview and event scheduling support and oversight.

• TA and Talent programming support including administrative tasks, quality auditing, analytics, and special project execution.

• Quality review and audits for Yello processes including candidate screens, feedback forms, and other relevant steps.

• Provide TA reporting support and ensuring data integrity and quality for TA and talent technology stakeholders.

• Execute process development for internal talent programs and TA special programming.

• Work with talent stakeholders and talent technology team members to develop, implement, and train above critical processes and programs for adherence to defined service level agreements.

• Identify and develop solutions to ensure the changing operational needs of the business are addressed efficiently with a focus on providing exceptional service to the organization and maintaining HR compliance best practices.

• Researches, resolves and responds to complex escalated problems based on best practice/precedence, escalating as needed

• Train all new hires and global internal stakeholders on business processes and provide regular feedback and support to the team.

• Exercise judgement and take responsibility for decisions and actions in overseeing team

• Partner with Talent Technology team to research, test and resolve critical issues on Talent related technology and software platforms, as well as identify solutions and efficiencies.

• Develop a strong knowledge of department, business units and overall business strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Operations experience

• Supervisory experience for a team of professionals required.

• Prior experience coaching and developing a high performing team required.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related degree

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others.

• Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences

• Possesses strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking ability

• Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to lead, influence, and motivate others in the work group

• Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Strong computer skills, including an affinity to learning and utilizing new systems, tools and technology

• Proficient and Microsoft Office product suite

• Outstanding organizational skills that are solution-oriented

• Ability to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment

• Strong business acumen

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
