Twin Mountain Koa Seasonal PositionTwin Mountain KOA is looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking couple to join our team for the remainder of the camping season. This is a seasonal position through October 22 and includes an RV site for your stay.This is a great opportunity for a couple who enjoys the outdoors, meeting new people, and being part of a campground team. One partner will primarily support our front office and guest services, while the other will focus on campground maintenance and grounds care. We're looking for a team that works well together and takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our guests.If you're an energetic couple who enjoys campground life, meeting people, working outdoors, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!Front Office ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.Check guests in and out and assist with reservations.Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests.Provide information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions.Process payments and maintain accurate reservation information.Assist guests with concerns or requests and help create a positive camping experience.Help keep the office and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming.Assist with seasonal activities and other campground events as needed.Maintenance & Grounds ResponsibilitiesMaintain campground grounds, facilities, and common areas.Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed.Clean and maintain restrooms, buildings, and other guest facilities.Assist with landscaping, mowing, trimming, trash removal, and general groundskeeping.Help prepare campsites and facilities for arriving guests.Identify maintenance issues and communicate needs to management.Assist with opening, closing, and seasonal campground projects.Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive campground environment.
