Als Junior Auendienstmitarbeiter wirst du eigenstndig einen definierten Bezirk betreuen und dich um die Kundenbetreuung in Abstimmung mit dem regionalen Auendienstleiter und dem zustndigen Team kmmern. Unser Team besteht aus engagierten Kollegen, die dich bei Kundenbesuchen untersttzen werden. Wir werden dich dabei untersttzen, deine Ziele zu erreichen und dich weiterzuentwickeln, indem wir dir regelmiges Feedback und Zugang zu Online-Schulungen bieten werden.
Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Verkauf aller von MAPA sowie integrierter Kooperationspartner vertriebenen Produkte
- Kundenbetreuung in allen Branchensegmenten
- Untersttzung der Kollegen bei Kundenbesuchen und Beratungsgesprchen
- Ausschpfung der Umsatzpotenziale bei den entsprechenden Kunden
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch erforderliche Vernderungen
- Umsetzung und Nachhalten von Verkaufsaktionen und Sondermanahmen
- Beobachtung der Wettbewerbsttigkeit der Mitbewerber
Was du brauchst
- Minimum: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel und/oder hnlicher Abschluss
- Prsentationsvermgen, Verhandlungskompetenz und berzeugungskraft
- Kommunikationsstrke und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Flieendes Deutsch
- Fhrerschein Klasse B
- Praxiserfahrungen im Vertrieb eines Markenunternehmens, bevorzugt Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
- Lsungsorientiertes Denken und Hands-On Mentalitt
- Hohe Affinitt zu neuen Medien und Spa an der Arbeit in einer internationalen Teamstruktur
- Kommunikatives Englisch
