We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to perform modeling, planning, forecasting, and analytical reporting for a growing organization in Irvine, California. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and private equity stakeholders to translate financial performance into clear insights, forward-looking recommendations, and executive materials. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the annual budget, long-range planning, and recurring forecast processes to support company objectives and financial visibility.

• Build and maintain robust financial models that evaluate performance, guide decision-making, and improve the accuracy of projections.

• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentation materials for leadership, board meetings, and private equity stakeholders.

• Analyze financial and operational trends using Power BI and other reporting tools to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop actionable insights around revenue, expenses, and overall business results.

• Deliver clear variance analysis and management reporting that explains results against budget, forecast, and prior periods.

• Support the continued evolution of planning and reporting capabilities through data-driven process improvements and enhanced analytical tools.

• Contribute to acquisition-related analysis and future M& A evaluation efforts as the organization continues to expand.

• 3+ years financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and corporate performance reporting.

• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to create detailed analyses for strategic and operational decision-making.

• Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools to interpret trends and communicate data insights is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a concise and effective manner.

• Manufacturing industry or private equity reporting experience is a plus
