Real Estate Transactional Legal Secretary

Beacon Hill's client, a well-established law firm in Las Vegas, is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Legal Secretary for a temporary assignment with the potential to convert to a direct-hire position. This role will support approximately 3-4 attorneys and is focused primarily on real estate transactional matters. Real estate transactional experience is strongly preferred. However, candidates with strong law firm legal secretary experience and transferable skills will also be considered. Litigation cross-coverage experience is preferred. Title Real Estate Transactional Legal Secretary Location Las Vegas, NV 89148 (100% Onsite); if converted to a direct-hire position, the role will be eligible for the firm's hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Start ASAP Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, PST Compensation $36.54 - $38.91/hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Support approximately 3-4 attorneys with real estate transactional matters. Prepare and revise legal documents and assist with closing document support. Handle Secretary of State filings, DocuSign processes, and recording documents with the Recorder's Office. Provide litigation support and cross-coverage as needed. Qualifications Experience supporting real estate transactional attorneys strongly preferred; candidates with strong law firm legal secretary experience and transferable skills will also be considered. Strong Microsoft Word proficiency. Experience with document preparation and revisions. Experience using DocuSign. Experience with Secretary of State filings. Experience supporting real estate closings and recording documents. Litigation support or cross-coverage experience preferred.
