Facilities Technician - Temp-to-Hire. Pay:$27-29/hr. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and operation of a manufacturing facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in keeping facilities running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do:Perform routine building inspections and identify maintenance needs. Complete general repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and light construction projects. Assist with facility moves, equipment installations, and production-related projects. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance. Maintain building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire, and security systems. Support facility readiness for changing weather conditions. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
