THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN OFFICE CHAMPION - DISPATCHER

Our Office Champion - Dispatcher role offers:

• A consistent full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

OR

• A flexible part-time schedule: 4-6 hours a day with a negotiable schedule. Perfect for job seekers who are juggling school or other commitments!

You start your day by answering calls and assisting customers with inquiries or scheduling requests, maintaining professionalism and care in every interaction. Throughout the day, you'll seamlessly coordinate dispatch operations, ensuring technicians are where they need to be while keeping customers updated with timely and accurate information. Your role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service, making outbound follow-up calls, and keeping meticulous records of interactions. Every moment you spend streamlining schedules and resolving issues contributes to our standard of excellence.

OUR IDEAL OFFICE CHAMPION - DISPATCHER

We're looking for an Office Champion - Dispatcher who can meet the following qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in dispatch and scheduling
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in ServiceTitan

Possessing HVAC knowledge is a plus!
