Role Overview We are the Communities we serve! This account is part of the Sodexo MAGIC portfolio of business. Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Jackson West Medical Center located in Doral, FL. Jackson West Medical Center is the first academic medical center in Doral and the first built‑to‑suit campus in the Jackson Health System network. Scheduled to open in early 2021 in west Miami‑Dade, it will combine consumer‑centered inpatient and outpatient facilities with the latest surgical and medical programs at the campus’ 100‑bed José Milton Memorial Hospital. What You'll Do Have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores Provide a clean and safe environment for visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department Effectively manage the Unit Operating System Support a diverse and inclusive workforce Achieve company and client financial targets and goals Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
