Site Coordinator
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator in Tucker, Georgia to oversee patient service center operations, manage phlebotomy activities, and coordinate staffing and compliance. The role combines clinical duties with supervisory responsibilities across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages
- Monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory, and productivity metrics
- Report performance, compliance, and staffing issues to supervisors
- Address customer service concerns and handle billing/payments
- Prepare specimens for testing and perform data entry tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years phlebotomist experience
- Phlebotomy certification from accredited agency
- In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass color blindness test
