Engineering ManagerJoin our dynamic team as an Engineering Manager and lead the charge in designing and producing top-tier pressure vessels, electric boilers, and packaged water heaters for the commercial HVAC industry. In this strategic leadership role, you'll oversee innovative engineering projects, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure our products adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. If you're passionate about engineering excellence and ready to make a tangible impact in a growing industry, this is the opportunity for you.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldPE license preferred7+ years of engineering experience in pressure vessel design, boiler manufacturing, or commercial HVAC equipment2+ years in an engineering leadership or project management roleStrong knowledge of ASME Section VIII Division 1, ASME Section IV, and related codesExperience with pressure vessel design software and thermal/structural analysisProficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)Understanding of welding processes, material properties, and fabrication methodsFamiliarity with UL listing requirements and commercial HVAC applicationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsNice to Have Skills:Experience with pressure vessel design software and advanced analysis toolsFamiliarity with manufacturing process improvements and value engineeringKnowledge of quality control procedures related to welding and fabricationPrevious experience working with inspection bodies and compliance standardsPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline7 to 10 years of relevant engineering experienceProven leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering environmentOther Requirements:Ability to collaborate across multiple departments, including sales, production, and quality assuranceWillingness to support technical field troubleshooting when neededCommitment to continuous professional development and adherence to safety standardsReady to lead a talented engineering team in a fast-growing industry?
