LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in Beverly Hills, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. Clinicians will benefit from a collaborative multidisciplinary team and hybrid work options. Practice Info Outpatient group setting in Beverly Hills, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area Hybrid model: work from home with as little as 1 day/week in-office Modern workspaces with beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid-out offices Multiple locations throughout the region to minimize commute Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team Compensation Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity Sign-On Bonus Annual Incentive Bonus Benefits Comprehensive Benefits Package (for eligible providers) 401(k) with 4% Match CME Allowance Annual Funds for Licensure/Association Dues Paid Paternity Leave Malpractice Insurance Provided Shift & Schedule Part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Flexible scheduling: Monday–Friday, with weekends optional Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent) Licensed or eligible for licensure in California Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care Values flexibility, independence, and work-life balance
