Job Description

• Provide comprehensive the facility and oncology care in both outpatient and affiliated clinic settings.
• Join an established practice consisting of 12 physicians, 8 APPs, and a robust multidisciplinary support team, including nurse navigators and social workers.
• Deliver dedicated outreach services (up to 6 days per month) to rural clinics in Lamar, CO and Trinidad, CO (approximately 2-3 hours from Colorado Springs).
• Collaborate closely with the comprehensive the facility center team based in Colorado Springs for coordinated patient care.
• Practice within a physician-led medical group focused on innovation, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC EMR, implemented system-wide.
• Participate in a flexible four-day work week model.
• Share in limited call responsibilities within the group.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered the facility care programs.
• Support and engage in clinical growth opportunities within an academically anchored health system.

• Passion for rural medicine and outreach-based oncology care.
• Willingness to travel approximately 6 days per month to rural outreach clinics.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $489,000 - $543,000 annually

• Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in the facility and Medical Oncology [REQUIRED]
• Colorado Medical License (must obtain prior start) [REQUIRED]
• DEA License [REQUIRED]
• Willingness to provide rural outreach (Lamar & Trinidad ~6 days/month) [REQUIRED]
