Branch Mortgage Sales Leader — Grow Origination Team

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in New Jersey to recruit, hire, and train licensed mortgage loan originators and staff. You will drive origination quality loans, generate personal production, and build relationships with realtors and customers.

You will lead the branch sales function, coach originators for growth, and develop new business while ensuring compliance with PRMG guidelines and policies.
