Warehouse Operations SpecialistA local company in New Caney, TX is searching for a warehouse operations specialist associate to assist in the company's daily operations. This is a temp to hire position in a fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with operations.We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join a team in New Caney, Texas.This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires someone who can safely operate a forklift while also accurately handling inventory, shipping and receiving documentation, computer systems, and customer orders.The right candidate will be comfortable working with both people and paperwork, have strong attention to detail, and understand the importance of getting the right product to the right place at the right time.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PMSummary of essential job functions:Safely unload incoming trucks using a forklift.Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and inbound receiving documentation.Verify quantities and products received against company documentation.Determine which materials should be unloaded and where they should be placed.Count incoming pieces and ensure materials are stored in the proper warehouse location.Review outbound delivery tickets and shipping documentation.Verify that customers receive the correct products.Pick and prepare orders for customer, LTL, and hot-shot pickups.Confirm that the correct items are pulled and loaded.Properly palletize and secure shipments.Apply appropriate shipping labels and LTL BOLs.Read and accurately interpret pick tickets.Locate products on warehouse shelves.Pull, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.Load products onto pallets correctly and safely.Maintain an organized warehouse and accurate product placement.Use Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.Use Outlook for email communication.Enter and review information accurately.Understand basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Maintain a high level of accuracy when working with inventory and shipping documentation.Requirements:Forklift experience and strong forklift operating skillsStrong computer skills and comfort working with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to read and understand Bills of Lading, pick tickets, delivery tickets, and shipping documentation.Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.Three Ways to Apply: (choose one)Resumes may be emailed to: View email address on apply.j-vers.com our office (936)760-1771Visit our office: 2816 I-45 N Suite 100, Conroe, TX 77303Walk-ins: Monday-Friday from 9AM-2PMPlease bring I-9 compliant documents.
