Clinical Operations Manager (LVN)The Lead Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Clinical Operations serves as the clinical leader for all Medical Assistants across the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring excellence in clinical operations through leadership, education, quality assurance, process improvement, workforce development, and standardization of clinical practices.This leader partners closely with providers, Practice Administrators, Human Resources, Quality, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and Executive Leadership to ensure every clinic consistently delivers safe, efficient, patient-centered care.The Lead LVN is responsible for developing clinical talent, establishing best practices, monitoring quality metrics, leading clinical training initiatives, and supporting the organization's continued growth through scalable clinical workflows.This role combines leadership, education, quality management, operational strategy, and direct clinical oversight.The ideal candidate is an experienced nurse leader with exceptional organizational skills, strong clinical judgment, outstanding communication abilities, and a passion for developing high-performing clinical teams.
