Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a hybrid Senior Product Manager to join their team. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, deliver new capabilities, and modernize critical business systems that support high-volume operations.

Responsibilities:
* Define and manage product roadmaps for complex enterprise applications
* Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, epics, and actionable work items
* Partner with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements
* Lead backlog management, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations
* Support large-scale technology modernization initiatives, including cloud migrations and platform upgrades
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, functionality, and customer experience
* Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with Agile teams operating in a fast-paced development environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7+ years as a product manager or business analyst (more product preferred)
* Expert within Jira and writing user stories
* Ability to be technical and understand software engineering concepts
* Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
* Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and drive technical value
* Experience within Point of sale, payments, or finance preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
