HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST Experience: 3-5+ Years of HR Generalist Experience
HRIS: Rippling Experience Preferred
Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Certification: SHRM or PHR Certification a Plus POSITION OVERVIEW Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and serve as a trusted HR resource for leadership and employees. This hands-on role covers recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, performance management, and training . WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and HR questions.
• Coach managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
• Administer benefits, 401(k), COBRA, and annual enrollment.
• Maintain employee records and process changes within Rippling .
• Support and process bimonthly payroll and related reporting.
• Manage FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, OSHA, and employment compliance.
• Maintain HR policies, Employee Handbook, and personnel documentation.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and employee development.
• Support HR reporting, compensation analysis, and process improvements. WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience supporting a small to mid-sized organization preferred.
• Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO, OSHA, and wage/hour laws .
• Experience with recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
• HRIS experience; Rippling preferred .
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple HR priorities and confidential matters.
• Bachelor's degree and SHRM/PHR certification preferred, but not required. WHY JOIN?
