Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Illinois is required to commence the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be necessary.
• Preferred experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment.
• Demonstrated skills in therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility interventions are preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic medical records in a post-acute or skilled nursing context.
• Previous experience in travel therapy is advantageous.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM.
• Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts each week.
