About the Opportunity Shift: Day shift Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday onsite; Monday and Friday remote Hours: Standard business Setting: Hybrid Responsibilities Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer and vendor escalations. Support vendor operations and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time. Process invoices, incentives, and rebates with attention to detail and timeliness. Assist with implementing new operational processes and improving existing workflows. Identify risks and issues, elevate them appropriately, and help maintain current procedures and documentation. Qualifications High school diploma required. 1 or more years of customer service experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Professional phone and email communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Desired Skills College degree in business or a related field. Experience with customer support or vendor-facing operations.
