Job Summary

The Premium Club Lead Bartender is responsible for leading bar operations within premium club spaces during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position serves as the on-shift leader for bartending staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate beverage preparation, compliance with alcohol service standards, and efficient bar operations. The Premium Club Lead Bartender helps drive a first-class hospitality experience while supporting team development, operational excellence, and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support bartenders and bar support staff during events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, premium hospitality experience.
• Monitor bar operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service speed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and inventory counts.
• Ensure bars are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for service.
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local and company regulations.
• Monitor product quality, presentation, and portion control standards.
• Assist with staff training and coaching on beverage preparation, service standards, and compliance requirements.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
• Communicate inventory needs, equipment issues, and operational concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
