Senior Building Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team onsite at commercial buildings in the Dallas market. Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical and life‑safety systems including boilers, rooftop HVAC units, VAV systems, building automation, emergency generators and plumbing. Conduct preventive and emergency maintenance; complete work orders and upkeep tasks such as pressure washing and leaf blowing. Maintain accurate records of repairs and service; use PC / smartphone to manage work‑order system and email. Read blueprints; lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders; respond on‑call approx. every five weeks and travel to buildings within metro area. Exhibit strong organization, multitasking, verbal/written communication, and a positive, self‑sufficient attitude. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ facilities maintenance experience with complex systems in commercial/medical settings. Trade certification or licensure preferred. Basic Microsoft Office skills.
