Registered Nurse – Specialty

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Relevant certifications as required by specialty or unit
• Preferred experience in a relevant healthcare setting

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patient care based on individual needs and medical plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care for diverse populations across all age groups.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care interventions based on the nursing process.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans, discharge planning, and health maintenance.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with scope of practice and clinical competencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.
