Primary Duties Team Lead: Train and provide guidance to staff, discuss performance discrepancies, and lead staff huddles. Financial: Post checks in PMS, complete weekly labor tracker, manage payment due reports and postpaid outs and receipts. Guest Relations: Ensure the hotel is always guest ready by maintaining high cleanliness standards and addressing guest concerns quickly. Monitor and follow up on guest feedback, suggest and sell amenities, and ensure guest and property security. Housekeeping: Assign rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping and aid the GM in inspecting rooms. Other: Manage inventory, check property email, build relationships with vendors and guests, and foster teamwork. Sales & Marketing: Network locally to promote the property, build relationships with competitive properties and local organizations, and lead in‑house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy. Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping in rooms, daily laundry duties, and public space needs. Flexible for covering employee shifts when needed to ensure operational continuity in the event of unexpected absences. Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure property and guest security. Other Duties as Assigned. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1 year’s experience in hotel leadership, including front desk and back‑of‑house operations. Proficient computer skills. Strong team building skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proactive in solving problems. Physical Requirements Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.
