Sales & Front Desk Associate, Club Pilates Allen

Position We are seeking a part-time Sales & Front Desk Associate for an on-site role located in our Club Pilates Allen Studio. You are the Ambassador of our studio! Responsibilities include providing superior customer service to members, membership & retail sales, and studio operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and professional experience for all members, guests, and colleagues. Requirements Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospective and existing members via Phone, In Person, Text, & Email Possess a proactive and service mindset with a genuine desire to help others Basic computer skills, we use Club Ready & Google Workspace. Must have excellent public speaking skills (small groups, 12 or less) Ability to learn and follow specific sales and communication protocols Must maintain a professional polished appearance and follow the recommended Dress Code (Athleisure). Availability to work varied in studio shifts (7 days a week, 8am-9pm, part time).
