Business SpecialistThe Business Specialist at HCL will play a key role in business analysis and agile methodology. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvementWork closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for software development projectsFacilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understoodUtilize agile methodologies to manage project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely deliveryAssist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirementsProvide support and training to end-users on implemented solutionsSkill Requirements:Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologiesStrong understanding of agile principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teamsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced environmentAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address complex business challengesCertifications: Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred but not mandatory required
