Virtual Role: Digital Marketing Lead Trainer

Boot Camp Digital is currently hiring a Digital Marketing Training Leader to support ourrapidly growing team. We provide world-class digital marketing training to our global clients, including some of the largest businesses in the world as well as small and medium businesses. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, stays on top of industry news and trends, and can clearly and simply present information both in writing and verbally. This is a full-time virtual us-based position. The ideal candidate will have: Strategic and tactical knowledge of digital and social media marketing – how to build a strategy and experience in implementing it. 5+ years of experience in digital, preferably with large brand and agency experience. A background or experience in training and speaking. The ability to clearly and simply present information in writing and verbally. A strong track record of building successful digital marketing campaigns. A high level of professionalism. A service mindset to exceed client expectations. Passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow. Responsibilities: Main point of contact with clients for corporate training delivery Develop customized learning plans, training programs, training materials, presentations, and resources Deliver training programs to clients (live, online, etc.) Create online training courses and resources Coordinate additional trainers/resources needed to deliver client programs Support the development of training models and approaches Document and institutionalize training presentations, approaches, etc Support the development of training models and approaches Document and institutionalize training presentations, approaches, etc. Create new training and speaking presentations, resources, etc. Contribute to Boot Camp Digital marketing, specifically execute areas of our marketing aligned with best practices The position averages 25% travel but could be up to 50% at times. Qualifications you’ll need: 4-year degree in a related field Minimum of5+ years ofdigital marketing experience Minimum of 10+ years of business/marketing experience Experience with big brands via an agency or brand Experience with small businesses and understanding of their needs Skills you’ll need: Excellent public speaking ability Excellent writing capabilities Strong desire to exceed client expectations Ability to explain complex topics simply Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Deep knowledge of social media and digital marketing Strong attention to detail Love to travel and work with clients Organized and able to balance multiple priorities Instructional design background a plus What you’ll get: Ability to work a set schedule remotely in the US (East Coast time zone preferred) A team that supports you and builds your skills Opportunity to expand skills and coaching to build your industry profile and presence Competitive salary starting at $85,000 based on your skills and experience Paid vacation How To Apply Please send the following View email address on click.appcast.io.
