Digital Marketing Expert / B2C Lead Gen Specialist Remote | Contractor | FinTech Startup (Ground Floor Opportunity) About the Role We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Expert / B2C Lead Gen Specialist to join our FinTech platform at the ground floor. This is a hands‑on, strategic role for someone who knows how to build and optimize marketing systems from the ground up — and can help us truly understand what we need to do to reach and convert customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence, auditing our current tools and workflows, setting up scalable marketing infrastructure, and driving measurable growth through effective campaigns and tracking. Key Responsibilities Assess & Optimize Current Systems: Audit our existing CRM setup in Salesforce and HubSpot to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize. Develop a clear action plan to streamline data, automation, and lead tracking across systems. Build Our Digital Foundation: Lead the website strategy, build, and optimization (UX, conversion flow, SEO fundamentals). Implement robust tracking and analytics to measure traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI. Ensure all systems (website, CRM, email, ad platforms) are properly integrated. Design and execute B2C acquisition campaigns (paid social, search, content, partnerships). Build out funnels and lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers. Continuously test, analyze, and optimize to improve performance and ROI. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with leadership, product, and tech teams to align marketing initiatives with product milestones. Translate insights into clear recommendations for growth. What You Bring Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation — preferably in FinTech or financial software. Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking. Experience building marketing infrastructure from scratch — including websites, funnels, and automation. Data‑driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning. Ability to communicate clearly and guide non-marketing stakeholders to understand marketing performance and needs.
