Event Assistant

to join our Nashville team. As an Event Assistant, you will support community events and outreach programs while representing our nonprofit and community partners in a professional and positive way. You will work directly with the public, help create a welcoming event experience, and support the team with daily event operations. This is an

entry-level opportunity with paid training

. No previous event experience is required—we are looking for individuals who are motivated to learn, communicate well, and take initiative. What You'll Do Assist with setting up and organizing community events Represent our nonprofit and community programs professionally Provide accurate information about programs and initiatives Answer questions and create a positive experience for attendees Support event activities and daily team goals Work closely with team members and leadership Maintain a professional and organized event environment Complete basic daily activity and event reports We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people A strong communicator Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and willing to learn Able to take direction and apply feedback Organized and responsible Motivated to grow professionally Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, retail, fundraising, sales, or community outreach is a plus—but not required.
