We are hiring an Inside Sales / Technical Support Representative with a background in industrial instrumentation, automation, or controls. This is an office-based role focused on supporting customers, discussing products, and building relationships over the phone.

Growing Company that has been serving our customers as a manufacture of thermocouples, RTD's, and thermistors and sell instrumentation and controls.

Technical Sales Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 33.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Make outbound and inbound calls with customers
• Discuss product options and technical solutions
• Provide support based on customer needs
• Enter and manage information in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations

Technical Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial instrumentation, automation, or controls
• Comfortable working in an office environment
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Solid typing ability (typing test will be required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Strong candidates may come from areas such as:
• Former machinists
• Maintenance managers
• Electricians
• Industrial or manufacturing backgrounds
