Seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and living meaningful lives within their communities. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities, transportation, community engagement, personal care, skill development, and implementation of individualized support plans while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check, possess reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate professionally, be dependable and punctual, complete required state and company training, and be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living, transportation to appointments and community activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, budgeting, medication reminders, implementation of individual support plans, documentation and the capability to clock in and out, community integration, skill-building activities, and reporting of incidents or concerns according to company policy.
