What You'll Do

As a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant, you will work directly with customers to guide them through the vehicle purchasing process and create a buying experience. Your goal is to build lasting relationships and help customers find the right pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact through delivery.
• Present vehicle features, model options, warranties, financing solutions, dealership programs, and service offerings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best pre-owned vehicle solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
• Utilize dealership CRM and management systems to accurately track customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay up to date on inventory, market trends, product knowledge, and dealership promotions.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and customer service training programs.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and technology tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set goals and achieve results.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
