Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Present new and pre-owned Honda models that match customer preferences.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, product demonstrations, and test drives.
• Guide customers through each step of the automotive sales process.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers to generate sales.
• Maintain current knowledge of Honda models, features, incentives, and inventory.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Finance to finalize transactions efficiently.
• Build long-term customer relationships that support repeat and referral business.

What You'll Bring

• Typing ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
• Mathematics ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
