What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with families to educate them about affordable final expense life insurance and help them choose coverage that meets their needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with prospective clients in your local community.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Associate , you will:

• Build relationships with clients and help them understand important life‑insurance benefits
• Develop new business through outreach, marketing, and community engagement
• Attend team trainings and leadership development sessions
• Represent ASM and Lincoln Heritage with professionalism and purpose
• Grow into leadership roles through our structured advancement path

Qualifications:

• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

• Insurance license preferred or willingness to become licensed.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team.
