Sr. Delivery Consultant - Milwaukee Tool
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Manager
Location: Remote with up to 50% travel
Department: Clinical Operations
Reports To: Clinical Operations Leadership

We’re seeking a dynamic APP Manager to lead a high-performing team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across multiple markets. What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Advanced Practice Providers across multiple service areas
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and support professional development
- Oversee remote APP performance with a focus on quality metrics, clinical documentation, and patient outcomes
- Support onboarding, training, and integration into clinical systems and workflows
- Serve as a point of escalation for operational or clinical concerns
- Collaborate with Medical Directors, Quality, and Operations leaders to drive care model success
- Contribute to workforce planning, scheduling, hiring, and retention strategies
- Improve provider satisfaction and reduce burnout
- Represent APP priorities in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Active and unencumbered NP or PA license in at least one U.S. state
- 5+ years of clinical APP experience; 2+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or mentorship role
- Experience managing remote and multi-state clinical teams
- Background in value-based care or similar delivery models strongly preferred
- Familiarity with clinical quality programs (e.g., HEDIS, ACOs, Stars)
- Strong communication, performance coaching, and team development skills
- Comfort with technology (EHRs, CRMs, telehealth platforms); basic data tracking and analysis
Travel & Physical Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for site visits and team meetings
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., laptop, suitcase)
- Ability to be on your feet or sit for extended periods depending on the task
