Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description Saint Luke’s North Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical Surgical Unit. This full‑time position is 36 hours, days. Responsibilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient care to patients with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans. Provide telemetry patient care as needed. Utilize the nursing process, perform patient care, delegate patient care tasks, and supervise other patient care staff. Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Work with supportive leadership, nursing assistants, intensivists, NPs, and respiratory therapy available at night. Receive extra incentives for picking up additional shifts. Qualifications At least 1 year of applicable experience. Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
