Nurse Hospital Care - Surgery RN

Role Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Surgical Specialty, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental and state standards.

Key Responsibilities Assess patients during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes in condition.

Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and document care accurately.

Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and provide compassionate support.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and medications, ensuring understanding.

Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with an Associate Degree.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.

Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a patient-focused approach.
